Project
One of my own projects. I’ve always been interested in metal music and I love finding out about new bands across the world. I wanted to see where the best metal bands in the world came from. Much to my surprise there wasn’t any easy way to see this all in one place, so I created a site for it!
Originally prioritising black metal bands, the site has expanded out and shows the location of over 100 different bands from all across multiple genres music.

Abbotts Chocolates

Who are they?
Based in the Scottish Border town of Langholm, Abbotts Chocolates specializes in hand-made, delicious chocolates. With its roots at local producer markets, Abbotts Chocolates supplies a number of local restaurants, bistros and delicatessens. Abbotts Chocolates also makes custom orders, creating striking and unique designs suitable for any occasion.
Project
What started out as a hobby for owner Dennis Cockburn has since developed into a thriving business as his reputation for quality chocolates grows. Demand necessitated the development of website, to promote his services and to reach a new audience.
My role was to design, develop and launch the website. Since its initial launch, I have been working closely with Dennis to keep the site updated and to promote his business online.

Who are they?
Caldew Autolec Ltd specialises in the repair and servicing of diesel fuel injection systems, providing a full range of diagnostic testing, both on and off vehicle. Based in Cumbria, the company has been providing more than 25 years of unrivalled expertise to customers looking for auto electrical and diesel fuel injection services.
Project
I was recruited to create a web based marketing presence for the company to promote its highly specialised area of trade. As the sole developer of the project I was responsible for the design, creation and launching of the website. By working closely with the company, I was able to deliver a site which met their needs.
